“I can protect my girls when needed, but believe me, as they continue to progress, they will be able to stand up for themselves,” saad ni Doug.
“Arnis, Taekwondo, and Jiu Jitsu! Those are the disciplines they work on weekly. And today they got promoted, they’re now yellow belts in our national sport, Arnis!” dagdag pa.
“As parents, the best we can do is guide and prepare our children for life’s storms,” aniya.
“A proud moment too was to hear them recite the Arnis Creed. Sharing it to all of you,” saad ni Chesca.

“Modern Arnis is to develop mind body and spirit. I will learn self discipline, self control and inner strength. I will practice loyalty, honor and respect towards my teachers, family, friends ,country and all other beings. I will stay away from negative behavior that may affect others and me. Most of all, I will strive to attain the ultimate goal of modern arnis – the way of peace,” saad sa Arnis Creed na ibinahagir rin ni Chesca.
